Lois Lerner, IRS Enforcer, Smacked with a Personal Lawsuit

Lois Lerner, head of the Tax-Exempt Division of the IRS, was officially served with a lawsuit this morning by a friendly neighborhood process-server.

Lois Lerner

True the Vote, one of the many patriotic groups that innocently sought non-profit status for their organization, only to find itself bureaucratically gang-banged by the Internal Revenue Service, has filed personal lawsuits against several of the agency’s employees including the notorious Lefty Lerner.

Individual defendants in the True the Vote lawsuit include:

Now this is the way to fight back—using the legal system to go after those who have misused their position and abused their power.  You don’t just sue the IRS, you go after the individual movers and shakers as well as all their willing Democrat dupes and you make them pay one hell of a life-jerking price for daring to keep you out of the game.

The Left has cultivated the non-for-profit arena as a fighting force in its cultural War on America for well over 40 years now.  They clearly have understood the clout that comes from tax-free donations and government grants.  When our Republic-loving Rip van Winkles finally awoke from their decades long senile snore with the eye-opening passage of ObamaCare, they too caught on to the political sense/cents to be had in the power of organized grassroots groups.

And the Left wasn’t about to allow the opponents of their social justice big government Leviathan to gain a foothold in their strategic tax-free territory.  Hence, the all out effort to keep any opposition from organizing.

Sad though, that it took the exposure of the IRS scandal before any of these targeted groups took aggressive action to fight back.  It just goes to show how inept, intimidated, and disorganized we still are.  No one talks to each other?  No one compares notes?  Every individual group is attempting to go it alone?  Hundreds of Tea Party groups were targeted, yet no one is aware that there’s a pattern?  As I said, sad.

You can’t help but wonder how far-reaching this misuse of power was/is. For example, Fox News had a blurb today about the fact that 70% of families who applied for the adoption tax credit in 2012 were audited. Coincidence…or yet another pattern?

    • The debunking of the IRS couldn’t come at a better time. I hope this scandal does to ObamaCare and governmental power what the email hacking did to the Man-Made Warming zealots.

Legal action takes too long – I just purchased pitch forks and torches (got a bulk rate from Home Depot) just need those “mad as hell and not going to take it anymore” individuals to join me…
