Andy Williams—Crossing Moon River
Andy Williams—class, style, and talent. And what better way to celebrate this man’s life than to glide along with his Moon River while we enjoy our Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

I do miss neckties and suits on entertainers. Even Porter Wagoner (Dolly Parton’s duet partner) had fantastic rhinestone suits. Motown groups all dressed up. I’m sure Andy Williams was rolling his eyes over the state of the music and culture in America.
Sport jackets and ties on men–now there’s a sight I sorely miss. Everything today is too too informal. You walk into almost any workplace today and the guys look like they just rolled out of bed and didn’t bother to wash, shave, or comb their hair.
He had such an awesome voice. I was sorry to hear he died. Loved Breakfast at Tiffany’s too! I agree we have sunk pretty low when Lady Gaga is held in the same regard as Andy Williams.
Nothing says loser like wrapping yourself in meat in order to get noticed as a ‘celebrity’.
