Linus Reminds Us of the True Meaning of Christmas

It’s not the mall, it’s not the gifts, it’s not the tree, it’s not the turkey, and it’s not the festivities nor the fuss.  The true meaning of Christmas, as Linus reminds us, is the birth of the babe in Bethlehem.

Merry Christmas, Lori.

I’m not really the social network lady — Meredith has got that covered. But she, and other friends with blogs, are also helping to get the word out that way.

I had Christmas dinner at the home of lesbian friends who, although liberal, thought our idea for a gay conservative network was a good one. They both assured me that they know many of us. And I asked them to spread the word about our group as well.

P.S. — I’ve gotten so much interest, locally, in a gay conservative group that you might want to see what you can drum up in your area. This thing may even go nationwide. There are a whole lot more of us out there, I think, than we’ve probably realized.

    We’re living in exciting times!
