Crime and the Occupy Wall Street Crowd

Ah, it was all supposed to be about progressive solidarity and the righteous anger of The People demonstrating its displeasure with those carnivorous fat cat capitalists.  Oh well, I guess reality was bound to make its debut upon this silly stage of political pretensions orchestrated by overacting Alinskyite agitators.  Sad to say, but the communist camp meetings that have sprung up here and there, have also brought forth a bumper crop of criminal activity.  From thievery to rape to pedophilia, the Occupy Wall Street bacchanal has been a breeding ground for some very unsavory characters.

In New York City, an onslaught of stealing is redirecting the protestors’ anger toward the faceless thieves among them who are lifting everything in sight, from cell phones, to laptops, to cameras, to cash.  Gee, I guess greed isn’t just a corporate characteristic after all.   And hey, isn’t stealing just another way to redistribute the world’s wealth?  Looks like there’s an Occupy Occupy Wall Street revolution underway.  Power to the People!

Occupy Wall Street protesters said yesterday that packs of brazen crooks within their ranks have been robbing their fellow demonstrators blind, making off with pricey cameras, phones and laptops — and even a hefty bundle of donated cash and food.

“Stealing is our biggest problem at the moment,” said Nan Terrie, 18, a kitchen and legal-team volunteer from Fort Lauderdale.

“I had my Mac stolen — that was like $5,500. Every night, something else is gone. Last night, our entire [kitchen] budget for the day was stolen, so the first thing I had to do was . . . get the message out to our supporters that we needed food!”

Security volunteer Harry Wyman, 22, of Brooklyn was furious about the thievery — and vowed to get tough with the predatory perps.

“I’m not getting paid, but I’m not gonna stand for it. Why people got to come here and do stupid stuff? All it does is make people not wanna come here anymore,”   New York Post

Across the continent in the state of Washington, the police have arrested an Occupy Seattle protestor who is accused of exposing himself to children in at least five separate incidents.  Shucks, you’d think that in ultra-Left Seattle a progressive pedophile could flash his penis to a small fry with impunity.  Where’s the justice in this world?!

And the good old American Mid-West is not to be outdone when it comes to groovy goings-on at its own Occupy punk party.  In Cleveland, a young female protestor has told police that she was raped in her tent last weekend by a man named Leland.  The 19-year old woman stated that she was instructed by Occupy Cleveland organizers to share her tent with this fellow traveler due to a shortage of tents at the protest site.  Hmmm, instructed to share her tent—now that seems to give very good grounds for a lawsuit here.  But again, maybe the lascivious Leland was simply showing his manly solidarity, albeit feloniously.  Come on now, what’s a little non-consensual coitus between comrades?

An “Occupy Cleveland” protester tells police she was raped in her tent over the weekend.  Cleveland police are investigating an alleged sexual assault incident Saturday at the “Occupy Cleveland” rally involving a 19-year-old female student from Parma.

According to police reports, the 19-year-old student was instructed by “Occupy Cleveland” personnel to “share a tent with the suspect due to a shortage of tents.” The suspect identified himself as “Leland” to the woman. The woman told police that after she had thought the suspect went to sleep in his own bed, she slept in a sleeping bag provided to her by the rally.

Emails from CBS Cleveland to the “Occupy Cleveland” movement were not immediately returned.  CBS Cleveland

And the progressive children of the New Jerusalem learn some big grown up lessons about the wicked ways of our wayward world.

I hope that all these “OCCUPY” groups all over the country keep their momentum…….they keep digging that grave, ever so deeper and wider. All that will be left, my friends, is to……..bury them.
