All us lucky Mid-Atlantic livers just love the freezing frolics of cold dreary Februaries. Well, not hardly. This is the time of year when many of us four season seekers yearn for all those warm cozy climes free of snow, ice, and bone-chilling cold. My muscles, such as they be, are still in recovery from the last shoveling session caused by the 25 inches of white stuff dumped on us over the weekend.
It’s snowing steadily now and if this were the pre-Christmas time of year, I wouldn’t feel so fed-up and bored with it all. Instead of beefing, I’d be outside enjoying the winter wonderland. Another 18 inches predicted for today with high winds on the rise this afternoon. But so far, all is quiet and peaceful out there.
Hope everyone within range of this winter storm stays safe and warm. And easy does it on the dig-out.
