Howard Stern Losses Lawsuit: Judge Didn’t Take It Sirius
Poor pitiful Howard Stern. What’s a multimillionaire shock jock to do when his grab for more financial goodies goes awry? The other day, Stern’s lawsuit against Sirius/XM was summarily thrown out of court by a New York State Supreme Court judge.
In a stinging legal rebuke, a New York judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by Howard Stern against SiriusXM and, in the process, revealed that the radio host had been seeking a whopping $300 million in stock awards he claimed were owed as part of his employment contract with the satellite radio firm.
In an order filed yesterday in New York State Supreme Court, Judge Barbara Kapnick granted a SiriusXM motion for summary judgment, dismissing the lawsuit filed last March by Stern’s One Twelve, Inc. and Don Buchwald, the shock jock’s manager.
Kapnick bounced the Stern/Buchwald complaint “with prejudice,” meaning that the duo is barred from refilling a lawsuit with similar claims. Smoking Gun
Stern was expected to raise ratings and bring more listeners into the Sirius satellite radio fold and was promised the stock options if specific metrics were met. Those metrics were not met. Stern, however, tried to claim that because the merger between Sirius and XM brought additional listeners to his show that he was therefore entitled to the $300 million in stock. But Her Honor, in granting summary judgement with prejudice, certainly wasn’t hoodwinked by Howie’s chutzpah in bringing such a highway robbery hoax into her courtroom.
And now, the very rich man with the very puny pecker will just have to manage on $75 million a year. Where is the justice for the Left-wing One Percent!?

The REAL War on Women
150 school girls and their teachers in the town of Kunduz in Afghanistan were poisoned today by drinking water that had been deliberately contaminated. As we all know, girls seeking an education and the teachers who dare to mentor them in this cultural wasteland of genuine gender oppression are frequent targets for beatings, acid attacks, and murder.
But relax Western world. Pay no attention to such acts of anti-female aggression, for these heinous horrors don’t really matter in the larger multicultural scheme of things. You see, Muslim men are victims too. They are the sorry underdogs of colonial oppression and any and every failing (if we can be so bold to even voice such a heresy) is the total fault of the imperialist pigs of European descent. In other words, according to progressive propaganda, ‘Oppressed’ men everywhere get to drop-kick beatch ass with utter impunity. Yes, the blessings of victim-hood status for the Third World male are many and numerous indeed.
Now, let’s get back to the REAL war on women and the more important gender horrors facing our white middle-class American sisters today: Where the fuck is our government-funded birth control, you male chauvinist Republican bastards?!

Federal Workers Owe $1 Billion in Back Taxes
As the 2011 tax season draws to a close today, it has come to the attention of Senator Scott Brown from Massachusetts that some of America’s citizenry aren’t as compliant with our country’s tax laws as the rest of us over-burdened taxed-to-death suckers. And surprise, surprise, over 98,000 of these tardy tax dodgers turn out to be federal employees.
To remedy this flagrant governmental malfeasance, Senator Brown has introduced a bill that would make it easier for the IRS to collect back taxes from these federal freeloaders.
The bill would require members and employees of Congress and federal employees who file financial disclosures forms to report any delinquent tax liability to the appropriate ethics office and come up with a plan to pay off the taxes.
Those who fail to arrange a payment plan with the IRS within a year could have those back taxes taken directly out of their wages. My Fox Boston
Even the lowlier members of the governmental elite get to play by a very different set of rules than us ordinary schmoes out here in the real world footing the bill for these political parasites. For some odd reason though, the Occupy punks don’t seem to care about this kind of communal corporate greed.
And I wonder if Al Sharpton will ever cough up his fair share? I’m just amazed that his pay check at MSNBC hasn’t been garnished or that his various real estate holdings haven’t been liened on. But silly me, I should know that such aggressive tax collecting tactics are only used on us proletarian nobodies living our lives out here in the hinterland far from all the hustling hipsters.

Jew-Hating: A Liberal Multicultural Thing
Anti-Semitism is making a great big comeback in Western Europe and it’s starting to show signs of renewed life here in the US. Like an infected boil on a sore backside, Jew-hating has erupted once again on the battered body politic of Western civilization.
And serving as the latest front for this anti-Semitic hate haven is a smug condescending sympathy for a people far far away. Yes, the Palestinian problem has presented a nice either/or, good versus evil social scenario. Or to put it in its proper Marxist parlance, the dysfunctional, self-destructive culture of the misfits of the Middle East has given the anti-West Left yet another political ploy to plot. And once again their fully staged melodrama features those long-in-the-tooth, world-weary fakirs known as Oppressor and Oppressed.
Hate crimes against Jews are clearly on the rise in Europe. And a good example of the liberal mindset that either condones or turns a blind eye to these criminal episodes was presented by the Mayor of the city of Malmo in Sweden where Muslim immigrants have been consistently harassing Jewish citizens. Mayor Ilmar Reepalu arrogantly dismissed the anti-Semitic attacks, stating: We tolerate neither anti-Semitism nor Zionism.
Nor Zionism. Did you catch that? What, pray tell, does Zionism have to do with some of Malmo’s citizens getting attacked in their homes and shops because they are Jews? Are Zionists running amok in Malmo attacking Muslims? Hardly. But Jews (Oppressors) who just might support the right of a Jewish state in the Middle East and are therefore conveniently classified by the Multiculturalists as Zionist boogeymen are now officially okay targets for Muslim (Oppressed) violence.
Walter Russell Mead offered up the obvious refutation of such an asinine and hateful attitude toward Jewish people:
If a gang of white American thugs attacked African-Americans, and defended their action on the ground that they were protesting Robert Mugabe’s seizure of white-owned farms in Zimbabwe, the world would laugh at their foolishness even as it condemned their bigotry.
This isn’t quite how it works when goons around the world attack Jews and Jewish buildings and defend themselves by saying that they are angered by things the Israeli government has done. Efforts are made to ‘understand’ the perpetrators even as their actions are condemned. Somehow these events are seen as justifying, even requiring tough diplomatic measures against Israel — rather than demanding aggressive programs of civic education aimed at confronting the psychology of hate. But of course, for the Left, it’s never about individual people. It’s never about a person getting hurt, bullied, or killed. It’s about group identity politics. Liberals shed their tears very selectively and always with an eye for garnering some type of gain from the cherry-picked pain.

Understanding Obama: Now a Credit Course at Harvard
Ah, the academic dumb-down courses these institutions of ‘higher’ learning attempt to foist on their student body these days. An Ivy League education in the 21st century seems nothing more than a total immersion in Marxist mumbo-jumbo rather than a true exploratory journey of the intellect. Sort of like an ultra expensive secular bible school for the progressive true believer. And coming up in the Spring of 2013, Harvard University is offering up a new load of Lefty dogma do-do to round out their ever-expanding core curriculum of social justice sophistry.
Understanding Obama is now a credit course offered through the University’s Charles Hamilton Houston Institute for Race and Justice and will be ‘taught’ by Charles J. Ogletree, Professor of Law and Director of the Institute. Professor Ogletree served as Obama’s teacher and mentor once upon a time. And yes, the Prof is black and decked out with a personal and professional history full of controversy. Ogletree offers up the usual run down of black radical activities and associations that pass for middle-of-the-road politics in academia today where affirmative action faculty get a free pass in everything, from competitive intellectual prowess to racist rants and even to out-and-out plagiarism. Oh boy, sign me up for this one! Can’t wait to make out that check for $4,810 bucks!
But I would gladly pay the cash and even sit through the Ogletree treatise on progressive poop if the course would truly enlighten me on just how Mister Obama got into Harvard Law School in the first place and what exactly his grades might have been throughout his tenure there. And gee, how did this under-achiever get to be the editor of the prestigious Harvard Law Review?
Somehow though I don’t think that’s the kind of understanding that will be served up for the pupils in Ogletree’s propaganda class.
The Real War on Women: Dems Going After Stay-at-Home Moms
If you would like to know what Democrats really think about women who choose to focus their life’s energies on raising their children, here is a good glimpse of the glaring contempt these Lefties have for stay-at-home Moms.
Consider the source of these remarks. Ms. Rosen is a lesbian who has served as interim Director of the Human Rights Campaign. She currently works for a Left-wing activist group called SKDKnickerbocker that provides communication consulting services for progressive causes.
Rosen does have two children of her own. But of course, if you procreate the non-traditional way, you know, where Dad is nothing more than an anonymous sperm donor and two lesbians get to pretend they’re both actually the biological parents of one woman’s kids, than that’s a perfect parental pair not to be challenged no matter what their working status might be. Certainly a far cry from Ann Romney’s life experiences but very much the in thing for those progressives who disdain the trappings of the traditional family and are doing everything they can to destroy it.

Charles Manson Denied Parole, Again
I guess we can all sleep well tonight knowing that the California parole board has once again denied a free pass to this brutal unrepentant serial killer. At the age of 77, Manson remains as defiant and devious as ever. But the farce of giving this monster a chance to wangle a get-out-of-jail card continues at ever regular 5-year intervals in the hippy dippy happy land that is the state of California. Let’s all hope that in 2017 this horrendous hunk of human garbage will be dead and gone and no longer sustained on taxpayer life support. Where’s the Obama death panels when we really need them?!
Manson and other members of his so-called family were convicted of killing actress Sharon Tate and six other people during a bloody rampage in the Los Angeles area during two August nights in 1969. He is housed at Corcoran State Prison in a special unit for inmates felt to be endangered by other inmates, separate from the general prison population.
Tate, the wife of director Roman Polanski, was 8½ months pregnant when she was killed at the couple’s hilltop home in Benedict Canyon on Aug. 9, 1969. Polanski was out of the country working on a film. Besides Tate, four others were stabbed and shot to death: Jay Sebring, 35; Voytek Frykowski, 32; Abigail Folger, 25, a coffee heiress; and Steven Parent, 18, a friend of Tate’s caretaker. The word “Pig” was written on the front door in blood.
The next night, Manson rode along with his cohorts to the Los Feliz home of Leno and Rosemary LaBianca, then left three of them to commit the murders. “Death to pigs” was written on a wall, and “Healter Skelter,” which was misspelled, was written on the refrigerator door.
Manson was also convicted of the earlier murder of musician Gary Hinman in his Topanga Canyon home, and the slaying of former stuntman Donald “Shorty” Shea at the Spahn movie ranch in Chatsworth, where Manson had his commune.
Manson initially was sentenced to death. A 1972 ruling by the California Supreme Court found the state’s death penalty law at the time unconstitutional and his death sentence was changed in 1977 to life in prison with the possibility of parole. LA Times

Arby’s Hates Conservatives
The fast food chain, Arby’s, doing business under the slogan The Good Mood Food, has created a bit of bad temper in many of its conservative customers. For some bizarre politically motivated reason, Arby’s went out of its way on Wednesday to make it clear to all and sundry that they would no longer advertise on Rush Limbaugh’s radio program. Since most folks in the know thought that the latest Rush riot was officially over, it seemed strange to many in the media that Arby’s was making such a public decision this late in the political news cycle. And with Limbaugh’s announcement the other day that Arby’s has never been an advertiser on his radio program in the first place, this fast food manufactured mystery has only deepened.
But the real story isn’t so much the stupid public posturing by a struggling fast food chain that has everything to lose by supporting the anti-business agenda of the Democrat party, but instead, the genuine head-scratcher here is the fact that the company foolishly banned any contrary online comments by customers upset over their decision. As news of Arby’s anti-Limbaugh stance made the rounds of conservative media, many of the company’s customers began tweeting their disapproval of the decision at Arby’s Twitter account only to find themselves summarily blocked by the fascist overseers at this fast food factory.
What the heck could be going on?! Well, surprise, surprise, it appears the President and CEO of the limping along Arby’s Group, is a big Democrat party donor. Hala Moddelmog, female CEO of Arby’s, has been a busy bee for the progressive Left-wing, personally donating money to Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and even John Edwards. This lady’s resume also includes serving as the President and CEO of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, so it would appear that Ms. Moddelmog might have a few other priorities in mind other than doing right by Arby’s shareholders, employees, and customers.
Wikipedia didn’t waste any time coming right to the point and clearly solved this modern day fast food riddle:

Marion Barry: Dirty Asian-Owned Businesses Got to Go
Here’s the photo of yet another foul face of pathetic Black leadership. The seedy countenance of Marion Barry, former Democrat mayor of Washington DC and now Democrat candidate for councilman. Yes, the crack-smoking whore monger is back and this time he has a few racist things to say about Asian Americans.
“Dirty Asian-owned Businesses Ought to Go”
“We got to do something about these Asians coming in and opening up businesses and dirty shops,” Barry said in remarks that were captured by a local television station. “They ought to go … and we need African-Americans to take their place.” Breitbart
And here is the rapier response to this Dirtbag’s racist rant and it comes from a commenter identified as CDS8745 over at Breitbart’s Big Government website. CDS8745 succinctly sums up the obvious essence of what is so terribly wrong with inner-city Black culture.
Mr. Barry, there is nothing stopping Blacks from doing the same thing as the Asians are doing and opening their own shops.
Well, there might be a few things:
- In the Asian community it is shameful to not work. It is a mark of disgrace to be unemployed and living off of other peoples’ money.
- In the Asian community it is shameful to be pregnant out of wedlock.
- In the Asian community it is considered a very bad thing to be disrespectful to one’s parents.
- In the Asian community children are taught to work their butts off from a very early age. Doing less than their best brings shame not only on themselves but their whole family.
Shame is NOT a bad thing. When a person does things that hurt themselves and their community they SHOULD feel ashamed. Sadly the truth of the matter is that most people in the Black community have no sense of shame what-so-ever. It seems they, just like you, have more of a sense of blame. The standard seems to be to blame everyone but themselves, who’s fault it actually is for their rotten lives.

In San Diego: The Hate Crime that Wasn’t
When the body of Shaima Alawadi, the 32-year old Iraqi mother of five children, was found bludgeoned to death in her San Diego suburban home on March 21st, it took the Left-wing media less than two days to call this horrendous homicide a hate crime. And of course, the Left’s homeboy Islamic C.A.I.R. cousins jumped for joy at the chance to pluck this golden apple of poisonous propaganda from their tortuous tree of Islamic lies.
After two weeks of tearful press conferences by family members including the husband and the eldest daughter, after candlelight vigils by oh so concerned citizens to help halt the anti-Muslim hate, and after the creation of a special Facebook page called One Million Hijabs dedicated to stamping out the discrimination and xenophobia that kill women like Shaima Alawadi every day (Barf!), it appears that the actual evidence in the case is pointing to a homegrown homicide.
Search warrant records obtained Wednesday in the beating death of an Iraqi-American woman show a family in turmoil and cast doubt on the likelihood that her slaying was a hate crime.
Shaima Alawadi, a 32-year-old mother of five, was apparently planning to divorce her husband and move to Texas when she was killed, a family member told investigators, according to the court documents.
The records obtained at El Cajon Superior Court also reveal Alawadi’s 17-year-old daughter, Fatima Alhimidi, who called 911 to report the attack, was distraught over her pending arranged marriage to a cousin.
A search of Fatima’s cellphone records shows that while she was being interviewed by investigators hours after the attack, someone sent the teen a text message that read, “The detective will find out tell them (can’t) talk,” the affidavit states. UT San Diego
Lots of intra-family intrigue here. But note that right from the beginning, independent witnesses stated they saw a dark-skinned man running from the home at the time of the murder. But the crucial fact of ethnic/racial realities was nothing more than an inconvenient truth that got in the way of the Muslim victim meme that the Left is hell-bent on manipulating.
See any similarities to the Trayvon Martin case here in the media’s knee-jerk portrayal of their ever ready fantasy facts?
And a couple of footnotes to the Alawadi case:
- Shaima Alawadi was 32-years old and her daughter was 17-years old. That would make Shaima about 14 when she married her husband, Kassim Alhimidi.
- Kassim Alhimidi and the daughter, Fatima, were allowed to take the body of Shaima back to the Middle East for burial, despite the fact that both are under suspicion for committing murder and fabricating evidence.
- It appears the hate note found at the scene of the murder that referred to Shaima as a terrorist might have been manufactured by family members to take advantage of their special victim status in the minds of the American media, and thus create a great big red herring for the cops to wrestle with.
