Kathleen Sebelius, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, was interrupted during the commencement speech today at Georgetown University, a supposedly Catholic institution.  The anti-abortion heckler shouted down Sebelius at the beginning of her oration. But the Serpent of Secular Tyranny received rousing applause from her adoring like-minded secular audience who booed the one and only person in the Georgetown auditorium who actually expressed a basic Catholic viewpoint at this Catholic university administered by the Catholic Jesuit Fathers.

The invitation from Georgetown to a pro-abortion harridan from the Obama White House who arrogantly thwarts the free expression of the Catholic Church’s religious principles all just goes to show how rotted the foundation of American Catholicism has become.

And since it took the Vatican about 40 years to even begin to address the mess among their women religious communities here in the US, I don’t expect the Vatican nor the American bishops to be getting a handle any time soon on the hegemony of the heretics who run most of what passes for pastoral care.
