The Real War on Women: Dems Going After Stay-at-Home Moms

If you would like to know what Democrats really think about women who choose to focus their life’s energies on raising their children, here is a good glimpse of the glaring contempt these Lefties have for stay-at-home Moms.

Consider the source of these remarks.  Ms. Rosen is a lesbian who has served as interim Director of the Human Rights Campaign.  She currently works for a Left-wing activist group called SKDKnickerbocker that provides communication consulting services for progressive causes.

Rosen does have two children of her own.   But of course, if you procreate the non-traditional way, you know, where Dad is nothing more than an anonymous sperm donor and two lesbians get to pretend they’re both actually the biological parents of one woman’s kids, than that’s a perfect parental pair not to be challenged no matter what their working status might be.  Certainly a far cry from Ann Romney’s life experiences but very much the in thing for those progressives who disdain the trappings of the traditional family and are doing everything they can to destroy it.

My family wasn’t perfect, but looking back, I am *enormously grateful* for having my mom home when I got home. . . from school each day. Never day care, not a day. Camp? Yes, she needed a break once a year!

Back to Rosen, she’s a DYKE!?

    • My mother spent years as a stay-at-home Mom and then for awhile she worked a second-shift job. I can tell you that our family was more happy and healthy when she wasn’t out ‘in the real world’.

And yes, Rosen is a dyke. Her and ex-partner, Elizabeth Birch, who is an attorney and activist and runs Rosie O’Donnell’s production company, adopted two kids. Rosen is now partnered with Randi Weingarten, the president of the American Federation of Teachers (AFL-CIO). In 2011 Weingarten made $428,384 a year in salary (compliments of all those enforced union dues). I don’t know what Rosen makes but you can be sure it’s six figures and pushing half a million a year. So nannies and private schools are very much a part of the makeup of this alternative family grouping. And Rosen has the balls to think she speaks for average American mothers?! Give me a break.

And anyone who thinks that ‘working’ in a union, academic, government, activist, or political consulting environment is actually working in the REAL world is living in a liberal delusional fairy tale.

Innerestin’ on the Rosen. What a nasty pile of libs! I clump all these . . . libs in one heap and typically won’t do much to find out who or what they are… I’m too busy looking at all the lovely women and their legs on Fox News Channel’s leg chairs, ‘n’ such. Seriously, the history of conservative women and their lives is so much more fascinating and real, and honest (not always, but that’s my bias).

        Amen your last paragraph.

  2. Perry Palmer says:

When I was in grade school in the 50s, we were taught to “duck and cover”, to protect ourselves from nuclear attack from the USSR. Quaint, huh? We were so naïve! But what the Communists did drop on us was Day Care. That was really new to us. Little kids all had to go to a place where someone else took care of them while all mothers worked!!!! It was zany! Mothers didn’t stay home????
It has taken two generations to see how this has worked out. No families, no fathers, women who think like men on where to get their next roll-in-the-hay. Men and women, just sex-seeking, amoebic lumps addicted to addictions. Thank you, Liberals (a misnomer)!

    • All we need do is take a gander at working class ‘families’ both black and white to see the devastating effects of promiscuity and no real men in the home.

Yes, how quaint the tradition family seems and how very passe….but think what we’ve got instead—a disease-ridden population where we have to seriously think of inoculating little girls against their sexually contaminated society. Oh, we’ve come such long way, baby!
